3 nights Cairo / 2 nights Hurghada / 4 nights cruise / 1 night Alexandria / 1 night sleeper train

Day 1: Cairo – Arrival

Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be met by our representative who will assist you through Passport Control and Customs, our bus will take you to get dinner in local restaurant oriental food then Transfer to your 5-star deluxe hotel, and overnight Cairo.

Meals: dinner local cuisine

HOTELS: Marriot, Cairo Sheraton, Movenpick media city, or similar.

 

Day 2: Cairo

After breakfast, you will meet your Program Director for a welcome briefing, we drive to the Giza Plateau to visit the most famous pyramids on earth and the only wonder that still exists from the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. We will visit the Great Pyramid of King Khufu (Cheops), the pyramid of Chephren and the pyramid of Mykerinus. We will have the chance to enter one of the Pyramids and visit the burial chamber of the king, On the plateau we will also ride camels in the Great Sahara, and then we drive to visit the Great Sphinx; the guardian of the Giza necropolis. After lunch we visit a papyrus gallery to learn how ancient Egyptians were able to make paper out of this plant. A material that lasted for thousands of years. Then we transfer to visit the National Museum of Egyptian civilization the museum’s exceptional collection includes the royal mummies, which are exhibited in a new interactive display using 21st century cutting-edge technology to go beneath the wrappings and reveal their secrets, in addition to shedding light on the rituals and religious beliefs surrounding mummification in ancient Egypt.

Day 3: Cairo – Hurghada

After Breakfast Transfer to Hurghada the capital and the most beautiful city at the Red Sea governorate (460 km around 5 hours) by AC Coach. Arrive Hurghada, transfer to your 5-star deluxe hotel. Relax on the sandy beach, Overnight hurgada

Meals: Soft all inclusive

Day 5: Hurghada

After Breakfast we have a chance to arrange a very special tour for our guests, this tour is about 3 hours to Hurghada aquariums It opened in January 2015, and contains nearly 3,500 cubic metres (900,000 US gallons) in tank space, It is home to over 1200 individual animals, and 100 species. It is easily one of the continent’s largest aquariums, as well as Egypt’s largest and nearly the largest in the Arab world. It contains 24 separate exhibits, included among them a shark tunnel, rainforest and “Whale Valley”, based on fossils found in the Western Desert. The facility is also home to a Bedouin life exhibit, and an animal zoo, The Aquarium’s notable specimens include: nurse shark, stingrays, green sea turtle, shovelnose guitarfish and eagle rays, after lunch we arrange a City Tour to discover the beautiful city of Hurghada, visit the cultural sites, the iconic New Marina and the fish market of the city enjoy some shopping time for souvenirs and more, then back to hotel, dinner at the hotel. Overnight Hurghada.

Day 6: Hurghada – Luxor

Breakfast Box Transfer to Luxor (270 km around 3 hours) by AC Coach, after arrival transfer to your Nile Cruise ship, After Embarkation, Lunch on board, Afternoon Visit Karnak temples. Starting by the Avenue of Sphinxes visit the Unfinished Pylon, the Hypostyle Hall with its 134 gigantic columns, the Obelisks of Queen Hatshepsut and Tutomosis III, the temple of Amon adorned with lotus and papyrus designs, we will also visit, Luxor Temples, which dominates the town it was built by two of the greatest pharaohs: Amenhotep III and Ramesses II, In the evening, we arrange horse carriage ride tour in the city of Luxor, Dinner and overnight on board the ship.

Day 7: Luxor

Early in the morning, you will have the chance to take a Hot Air Balloon ride, you will need to be up before sunrise.

The included tour today will be to the west bank of Luxor to visit the Valley of the Kings, the temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. In the Valley of the Kings, we visit the tomb of the golden pharaoh Tutankhamun. After returning from the west bank, late in the afternoon we enjoy a felucca ride up and down the Nile. In the evening, we will have Dinner and spend overnight on board the ship.

Day 8: Edfu / Kom Ombo

Arrive Edfu. After breakfast visit Edfu Temple built in the Ptolemaic period. It was dedicated to Horus, represented as a falcon. It is one of the most beautiful Egyptian temples distinguished by its huge splendid structure that blends Pharaonic and Greek architecture. Lunch. Sail to Kom Ombo, arrive & visit Kom Ombo temple located in Kom Ombo town, 45 km north of Aswan. It is built on a hillside overlooking the Nile and was built for the worship of God Haroeris and Sobek, the crocodile god. It is noted for relief engravings on its walls which show ancient surgical tools, bone saws and dentistry tools. You can also see mummified crocodiles. Sail to Aswan. Afternoon Tea on deck, Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 9: Aswan

Breakfast box, followed by excursion tour to the mighty Sun–Temple of Abu Simbel, flanked by four giant stone statues of Ramses II. The Temple was reclaimed from the dam and reconstructed in its present location Later, we will cross Sahara Desert and return to Aswan. Afternoon, experience a memorable and traditional felucca ride crossing the Nile to visit the Nubian village, The felucca is the traditional craft of Egyptians who have sailed in them for centuries. An awesome sight is dozens of felucca’s sail boats with amazing sunset view Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 10: Aswan / Alexandria

After breakfast aboard the cruise and check-out. shore excursion to visit Philae Temple (The Temple of Isis is one of the greatest Temples in Egypt and it occupies about a quarter of the island. It is the main Temple on the island, with its huge, complete, pylons and beautiful scenes), High Dam (One of the most outstanding architectural achievements of the twentieth century. It was constructed to replace the old Aswan dam built in 1902 to protect Egypt from the floods as well as providing irrigation and electricity all over Egypt.). Lunch. Continue to the Unfinished Obelisk, you can see innumerable inscriptions in the area around the quarries. and then transfer to the railway station to catch the sleeper train (one cabin for two persons) from Aswan to Alexandria. Dinner & Breakfast on board.

Day 11: Alexandria 

After arrival Alexandria railway station, we will take you by our air-conditioned coach, to visit Pompeii’s Pillar also known as the knight’s pillar, later to world’s 2nd largest library Alexandria library then visit the Fortress of Qait Bay (built in 15th century on the remains of the Pharos lighthouse) once was of the 7th wonders. Lunch will be served at a seafood restaurant Mediterranean Sea view, during the tour, overnight in Alexandria.

Meals: lunch Aswan local restaurant / Dinner & Breakfast on board.

Hotels: Sheraton, Helnan or similar

 

Day 12: Alexandria – Cairo 

After Breakfast visit the summer royal palace Montazah Gardens then drive back to Cairo, after lunch head to traditional Cairo Bazar you may find many Egyptian exquisite hand crafts, Egyptian cotton dress, etc. dinner BBQ in local cuisine, overnight in Cairo.

Day 13: Cairo – Final Departure
After Breakfast Transfer to Cairo airport for final departure
