How we use it
We use your details only to answer your request, prepare proposals, make and manage your bookings, and contact you about your trip. Where needed to deliver your booking, we share the necessary details with hotels, airlines, transport providers, embassies and Saudi authorities for Hajj or Umrah.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing messages without your permission.

Our website uses a cookie to remember your language (English or Arabic). Embedded services such as Google Maps may set their own cookies.
How long we keep data
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months; booking records are kept for the period required by Egyptian law.
